Vehicle Sales and Warranty

All vehicles are sold as seen unless otherwise stated. Unless specified differently on the vehicle listing or sales invoice, all vehicles come with a 3-month warranty covering major mechanical components. The warranty does not cover wear-and-tear items (e.g., tyres, brakes, bulbs, clutches) or damage resulting from misuse or neglect. Full warranty terms are provided at the point of sale

Deposits and Payments

Deposits are used to reserve a vehicle and may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final payment and vehicle collection must be completed within the agreed timeframe.We accept payment via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other approved methods.

Test Drives and Inspections

Customers are encouraged to inspect and test-drive vehicles prior to purchase. Test drives are subject to valid driving licence verification and proof of insurance (where applicable).

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or purchase of any vehicle. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
